So my third year doing Games Design has been going for 4 weeks now, I would have posted sooner, but our university thought it would be fun to change how the course works. Instead of 2 modules every 7 weeks, they are now doing 4 modules every 14 weeks. But the workload is heavier with all the same deadlines. PANIC
Anyway so far our modules have consisted on a 2D game, a 3D character model with Character Bible, a Motion graphics sequence and the beginning of a large game project.
I have been working on all of these simultaneously and as productively as possible.
These are the Work In Progress files.

This is my current Motion Graphics work 4 weeks in

My 3d character 3D concept 4 weeks in

and the Big Project videos

This last model is made by Patrick Mead, a team member in our game project

I’m working on a small animation project. I wont go into details because I want to keep it a surprise.

But here are a couple of animation renders that i’ve been working on. Don’t worry… they wont give too much away.

We have had to decide our year 3 courses; we had a range of choices. Personally I chose Motion Graphics (i.e. Post productions) and 3D Character Modelling.

Since I have had a lot of recent experience in the recent year with 3D modelling so I thought I’d start this summer with a little Motion Graphics Practice.

I started with a healing video

A second healing video

Then finally a Hand Power video
